Refund & Cancellation Policy
At Oculus Regenerus Eye Care and Research Center, we strive to provide transparent and patient-friendly services.
Section 01
Appointment Cancellation
Patients may request appointment cancellation by contacting the clinic directly prior to the scheduled appointment time.
Section 02
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered under the following circumstances:
- Duplicate payment transactions
- Technical payment errors
- Appointment unavailability from clinic side
- Services not rendered due to operational reasons
Section 03
Non-Refundable Situations
Refunds may not be applicable for:
- Missed appointments without prior notice
- Consultation services already completed
- Medical procedures already initiated
- Administrative charges where applicable
Section 04
Refund Processing Time
Approved refunds are generally processed within 7–10 business days through the original payment method.
